QUICK LAYER COOKIES 
16 graham cracker squares
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. walnuts
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate bits (6 oz.)
1 pkg. butterscotch bits (6 oz.)
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Break 8 grahams into blender container, cover and process at grind for 3 cycles. Empty and repeat. Pour butter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; top with graham cracker crumbs, pressing evenly in bottom of pan. Place walnuts in blender. Cover and process 2 cycles at chop. Sprinkle over crumbs. Layer in order listed, all remaining ingredients, pouring the milk over entire mixture. Bake 25 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares (4 dozen).
