1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of salt

Cream sugar and shortening. Add egg yolks. Beat well. Add flour, cinnamon, and sugar. Spread in 2 jelly roll pans (ungreased). Rub top with slightly beaten egg whites. Sprinkle with nutmeats. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes.
