1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, just add
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugars and eggs well. Add flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Blend well. Mold into small balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Flatten with a fork. Bake 350 F. 10 minutes. I make these cookies every Christmas. Very, very good. Yields 60 servings.
