LUSCIOUS LEMON FROSTING 
3 tbsp. orange rind
Dash of salt
3 tbsp. butter
3 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. water

Add orange rind and salt to butter. Cream well. Add part of confectioners' sugar, with combined lemon juice and water to creamed mixture. Add remaining sugar until proper consistency to spread. This is a tangy, delicious frosting on pound cake.
