SEVEN-UP JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. Seven-Up
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. prepared Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, grated
Chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; cool. Add Seven-Up; fold in marshmallows and pineapple, refrigerate until firm.

Combine butter, flour, egg, sugar and pineapple juice in saucepan; cook until thickened. Cool completely, fold in Dream Whip. Spread over salad. Top with cream cheese; sprinkle with nuts. Cream cheese is easily grated if frozen. Yield: 12 servings.
