BARBECUE SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. can sauerkraut (rinse and drain)
4 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 lb. can tomatoes
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
2/3 c. brown sugar

Heat tomatoes, sugar and bacon drippings until sugar is dissolved. Pour over sauerkraut. Stir. Put bacon crumbles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
