MEXICAN SALAD 
1 head of lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced
3 green onions, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina dressing
1 can chili beans
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. bag fritos

Combine first 4 ingredients in large salad bowl. In separate bowl, combine Catalina and chili beans (do not drain beans). When ready to serve, pour Catalina and bean mixture over salad; stir in cheese and fritos.
