CHOCOLATE CHIP PECAN PIE 
15 oz. pkg. Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts
1 tsp. flour

FILLING:

6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Whipping cream, whipped, sweetened
1/4 c. chocolate chips, melted

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie using 9 inch pie pan. (Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.) Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Sprinkle chocolate chips over bottom of pie crust lined pan; top with pecan halves.

In small bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over pecans. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until top is deep golden brown. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream and melted chocolate chips. Store in refrigerator. 8 servings.
