CHICKEN WITH ORANGE 
2 1/2 lbs. fryer or chicken breasts, cut in serving pieces
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion
1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. sherry

Brown chicken pieces. Place in casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion slices over chicken. Combine juice concentrate, brown sugar, parsley, soy sauce, ginger, water, and sherry. Pour over chicken. Cover and put in slow oven (325 degrees) for 35-40 minutes. 4 servings. Approximately calories per serving, 195.
