CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
4 c. cubed chicken
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. seedless green grape halves
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 head lettuce, broken into leaves

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and ginger. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce; mix well. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 4-6.
