CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 1/2 c. diced cold chicken
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. sliced white grapes
1/2 c. shredded brown almonds
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped (or about half a sm. tub of Cool Whip)

Combine and serve in lettuce cups with thin slices of chicken on top. Garnish with stuffed olive slices or chopped ripe olives. Serves 6.
