MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 lb. ground veal
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 c. milk or canned or cooked tomatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 c. soft bread crumbs

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Pack into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Yield 8-10 servings.
