CHEESY SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 (12 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
6 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese, cubed (or your choice)
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cold butter, cubed

In 4 quart bowl mix all ingredients thoroughly in order given. Place in greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with your choice of crushed chips, croutons, chow mein noodles, crackers or whatever. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
