SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. baking mix (like Bisquick)
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet.

Bake at 400°FF for about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and serve.

Makes about 3 dozen.
