CHILES RELLENO 
1/4 c. butter
2 (7 oz.) cans (2 c.) green chiles
1 1/2 lbs. Jack or Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt

Grate cheese. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with chiles. Sprinkle grated cheese over chiles. Beat eggs, Bisquick, milk and salt; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35- 40 minutes.
