CHICKEN AND GRAVY CASSEROLE 
1 cut up chicken
1 onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup

Brown chicken in butter. Drain on paper towel. Add onion and celery to butter and brown. When browned add soup and parsley. Place chicken in casserole and top with soup mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
