Torn salad greens 4 hard-cooked egg yolks, crumbled 4 oz. Blue cheese 1 tsp. grated onion 4 slices buttered toast, cubed (or use 1 c. packaged croutons drizzled with 2 tbsp. butter) DRESSING: 1/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. sour cream 1/3 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. fresh ground pepper 1/2 tsp. Accent Mix dressing ingredients in blender. This dressing will keep very well in the refrigerator and may be used on any salad. You may add Blue cheese to the mixture in the blender. |
