HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cashews or almonds
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine first six ingredients; spread into 13 x 9 inch casserole. Mix cheese and chips; then sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 420 degrees for 20 minutes.
