HOBO BREAD 
PART I:

2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. boiling water

PART II:

2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour, sifted
1/2 - 3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix above ingredients together and place in refrigerator overnight. Next day, combine with Part II. Combine until well blended. Put into 3 (well greased and floured) coffee cans (1 pound each). Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
