SHIRLEY'S CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. pecans, chopped very fine
1/4 green pepper, chopped very fine
2 tbsp. onion, chopped very fine
1 tbsp. Lowry seasoning salt

Mix well all ingredients and chill for 24 hours. Roll into ball. To decorate roll in crushed pecans or paprika. (I like pecans best, at Christmas I also add a maraschino cherry on top and make "green pepper" leaves. Very pretty.)
