1/2 c. teriyaki (or soy) sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Dash black pepper

Combine ingredients and marinate meat, turning several times, at least 3 hours.
