CREAMY AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. frozen onions
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in cubes
4 c. frozen hash browns
1/3 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Cook onions, stir in soup and cream cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. In casserole, alternately layer frozen potatoes and hot cream sauce, ending with sauce layer. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
