CURRIED B.B.Q. CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. lime juice
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp. finely chopped ginger (less if powdered)
2 tsp. coriander
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 broiler-fryer chickens, quartered

In large shallow pan mix well all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken skin-side down on greased broiler rack. Broil 5-6 inches from heat at 350 degrees. Baste frequently until done.
