SNICKER CAKE 
1ST HALF:

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. Milnot

2ND HALF:

1 (1 lb.) pkg. caramels
1 c. nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together; spread half of batter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with 2/3 cup Milnot. Spread cooked mixture with nuts and chocolate chips. Pour caramels mixture over all. Top with other half of cake mixture. Bake 20 minutes.
