VEGETARIAN CURRY VEGETABLES 
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 large red onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large tomatoes, sliced
2 (15 oz.) cans chick peas, drained
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
4 sticks carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. pimenton (Spanish paprika)
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 dashes black pepper
3 shakes curry powder
2 dashes lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in large frying pan. Stir fry for 10 to 15 minutes. Add curry powder and lemon juice last. Cover the pan for 5 minutes and serve.
