EGG PATE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 hard boiled eggs, shelled & chopped
1 tbsp. chopped chives
Salt & pepper to taste
Stuffed olives, sliced to garnish

Beat cheese in bowl until soft. Beat in chopped eggs and chives and season. Spoon into 4 individual dishes. Smooth top, cover with plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes.

To serve, garnish with stuffed olive slices and serve at once.

Can add garlic or crushed peppercorns.
