DEVILED EGGS WITH HERBS 
6 hard cooked eggs
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. minced tarragon
2 tsp. minced watercress
1 tsp. minced chives
1/2 tsp. salt
Sprigs of parsley or watercress
Paprika

Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Set aside whites. Mash yolks with all ingredients except whites and garnishes. Fill egg white halves with mixture. Garnish with sprigs of greens. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
