RIGATONI 
6 c. rigatoni, uncooked
1 c. chopped onion
2 lbs. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper
16 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Saute onion, brown beef. Pour off fat. Add next 4 ingredients. Simmer 10-120 minutes while cooking rigatoni. Pour meat mixture over noodles. Mix in 2/3 of cheese. Turn into 2 baking dishes. Put remaining cheese on top. Bake until browned and bubbly.
