RIGATONI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jar (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. Rigatoni (cooked 8 minutes and drained)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten

In large skillet, stirring frequently, lightly brown beef, onion, garlic over medium heat. Stir in sauce, pepper. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. In bowl stir together cottage cheese, milk, egg, salt. Add rigatoni toss to coat well. Spoon 1/2 rigatoni mixture into 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese and 1 cup sauce. Repeat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
