RAISIN CHESS PIE | |
4 c. raisins 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. lemon rind 4 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 2 tsp. salt 4 tbsp. soft butter 1 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs, flour and sugar. Add to remaining ingredients. Pour into 9-inch pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn down heat to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
