WHISKEY CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
4 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. minced onion (dehydrated onion flakes)
3/8 c. bourbon whiskey

Mix last 6 ingredients together. Taste the marinade for flavors. Add more of the ingredients if desired. Pour over chicken and bake at 325 degrees until done. Baste often and turn chicken until all pieces are browned. Recipe may be doubled.
