CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE 
2 cans pumpkin
2 3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. ginger
6 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs, add pumpkin, sugar, spices, salt and syrup. Mix well. Then add cream, milk and vanilla. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 60 minutes or until done.

Serves 6.
