AUNT RUTH'S ITALIAN SALAD 
1 box shells, cooked & cooled
1/4 lb. provolone cheese
1/4 lb. pepperoni
1/4 lb. salami
3 tomatoes, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, sliced & ringed
Black & green olives

Diced in 1/2 inch pieces.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together. Then pour over the main ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve cold.
