AUNT RUTH'S RICE PUDDING | |
1/2 c. white rice (not instant) 1 qt. milk 1 pinch salt 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 pat butter Place all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer, stirring frequently, for approximately one hour or until rice is done and pudding thickens. Can serve warm or chill in refrigerator. Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving. |
