SPAGHETTI PIE 
5 oz. spaghetti
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. onion
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
6 oz. tomato paste
1 c. water
6 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese

Break spaghetti in half and cook in salted water until barely tender. Drain. Beat eggs, add Parmesan cheese and toss with warm spaghetti. Put in greased 10- inch pie pan.

Melt butter and saute peppers and onions. Add sour cream and spoon over spaghetti. Cook sausage and drain. Add paste mixed with water. Simmer 10 minutes and spoon sauce over sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with Mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes.
