STRAWBERRY SURPRISE 
1 pie crust or mix (graham cracker - optional)
1 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen or fresh strawberries, if frozen make sure they're defrosted & strained

1 pkg. cream cheese (light or reg.)
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar

1. Bake pie shell as directed (see #8).

2. Pour boiling water over gelatin.

3. Stir to dissolve.

4. Add strawberries.

5. Chill in refrigerator until PARTIALLY set.

6. Pour into pie shell.

7. Chill until set.

8. Mix cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.

Layer inside pie shell. Serve pie with rest of mixture on top of pie and decorate accordingly.
