STRAWBERRY SURPRISE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter

2ND LAYER:

2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

TOP LAYER:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. strawberry ice cream

Mix crust ingredients together and put in 9 inch square glass dish and pat down.

Beat eggs and add sugar and cream cheese. Pour on top of graham cracker crust. Bake at 275 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool.

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls and stir until melted. Pour over cooled crust and refrigerate until set.
