STRAWBERRY SURPRISE 
1 ready made angel food cake
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries, fresh may also be used
1 lg. container whipped topping

Cut cake into 3 layers. Place 1 layer of cake into the bottom of a large clear glass bowl (a punch bowl is ideal). Break cake as needed to fit. Mix pudding according to directions on package. Spread 1/3 of pudding over cake. Spoon 1/3 of strawberries over pudding. Spread 1/3 of topping over strawberries.

Repeat layer until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped topping. Garnish with a few fresh strawberries, if desired. Refrigerate.
