RAISIN OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Sift flour with soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in oats. Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 375 F. Remove to wire rack to cool.
