CRISP OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. pecans
3 c. oatmeal

Mix all ingredients except oatmeal first. Do not stir much after addition of oatmeal. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes.

Seems like a little too much oil. Will cut it down to 1-1/4 cups next time. Added some raisins to it. Great taste.
