MOUTH WATERING CRISP
OATMEAL-RAISIN COOKIES
 
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, then water and vanilla. Sift flour with cinnamon and add. Mix in oatmeal. Drop on greased cookie sheet by large tablespoons. Cook for 15-17 minutes at 350 degrees.
