JUDY'S "DIET" COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. peanut butter
5 c. Quaker oatmeal
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. English walnuts, sm. pieces
NO flour needed!

Combine all the above ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well and chill 1 hour. Bake 2 inches apart. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves many.
