PRETZEL YAM PIE 
Make crust of 1 cup pretzel crumbs and 3/4 cup butter. Add 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into deep 9-inch pie pan. Bake about 8 minutes in medium oven.

Mix 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes or use 1 can yams, drained and mashed. Mix with: 4 oz. cream cheese 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sugar

Mix 4 oz. cream cheese with 12 oz. Cool Whip. Layer sweet potato mixture, then Cool Whip mix. Add another layer potatoes and rest of Cool Whip.
