CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 c. Crisco oil 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped pecans or almonds 2 c. grated, peeled zucchini Beat eggs, sugar, oil, melted chocoalte, vanilla and zucchini. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Add nuts. Pour into well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. |
