1/4 c. corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mixed shelled nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 x 15 x 1 inch pan. In saucepan combine all ingredients except nuts. Heat until butter is melted and all seasonings are blended in. Add nuts and toss to coat. Spread nuts in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer nuts to aluminum foil and cool completely. Store in tightly covered container. 2 cups.
