TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/2 c. peas
1/2 c. potato chips, crushed

In saucepan cook onions until tender, blend in soup, milk, cheese and seasoning. Heat until cheese melts. Combine with tuna, peas and macaroni. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle potato chips over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Bread crumbs or cracker crumbs may be substituted.
