SOUR CREAM STEAK 
Salt and pepper to taste
4 T-bone steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
1/2 c. sour cream

Salt and pepper both sides of steaks. Spread each side of steak with 1 tablespoon sour cream and let stand for 2 hours. Charcoal or oven broil to desired doneness. Yield: 4 servings.
