ROSETTES 
2 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Oil for frying

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix until well blended. Heat oil for frying. Dip rosette iron into hot oil first and then into batter. Deep fry until golden. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
