CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1- 1/2 c. flour 1 c. grated carrots Preheat oven to 350°FF. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add carrots, nuts, oil, eggs and mix well. Grease two (or three small) loaf pans. Place mixture in pans. bake 35-60 minutes or when tooth pick comes out clean. |
