DOLLY'S RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. soft butter

Mix sugar, oil, egg and buttermilk. Add soda, vanilla and flour. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
